Warranty/Refund Policy

We offer a Two week, no questions asked 125% money-back guarantee. If, within two weeks of chainring receipt, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, send it back for a complete refund + 25% of the purchase price. In addition, we guarantee that our chainrings are free from mechanical defects, and cover the mechanical function of our chainrings for a period of twelve (12) months after purchase. After two weeks, We will still replace a defective chainring completely free. However, the design will be the same; no exceptions. For any further questions, please contact us.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Sessions Sprockets will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products. Your confidentiality is assured.
